Firstly. It will make machinery be out of shape under heat.mechnical parts

The ideal working temperature of hydraulic system is between 45°C and 50°C .The reason is that hydraulic system is designed by selected viscosity of oil.However,the level of viscosity will change by the oil temperature, thereby affecting work elements in the system,such as cylinders, hydraulic valves.It leads control accuracy and response sensitivity to reduce.It is especially for precise injection molding machine.
At the same time,too high temperature will accelerate the sealing element aging, hardening and chipping.Too low temperature leads working energy consumption to go up,so that the operating speed is lowered.So it is necessary to pay close attention to the working temperature of hydraulic oil.There are various reasons for high oil temperature.But it is mostly attributed to the failure of oil cooling system failure and so on.
